TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Information: By submitting a request for a quote, you acknowledge that the provided information regarding the type, quantity, and location of waste for removal is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Due to time constraints the driver is under strict instruction to only collect items on the job description list. Please ensure load to be collected is on the pavement. All waste must be packed in bags or boxes, we do not do property clean ups. ​
2. Quotation Validity: All quotes provided by Refuseman are valid for a specified period mentioned in the quote. Prices may be subject to change based on additional requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Scope of Work: The quoted price includes the services specifically mentioned in the provided quote. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the original quote may incur extra charges, subject to agreement by both parties.
4. Service Availability and Schedule: While we strive to accommodate requested service dates and times, scheduling is subject to availability. We will communicate and confirm the agreed-upon service schedule upon acceptance of the quote.
5. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be detailed in the provided quote. Payment is typically due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. 
6. Liability: Refuseman is not liable for any damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control, such as hazardous waste undisclosed at the time of quotation, or obstructions hindering access to waste removal areas.
7. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe access to the waste removal area. Any obstructions or safety hazards should be addressed prior to the scheduled service.
8. Data Privacy: Information submitted for the quote request will be handled in accordance with POPIA and solely used for the purpose of providing services and communication related to the quote request.
